1. Services

Triangle Lawn Care("Provider") offers home-service scheduling, quoting, and invoicing through the CasaFlow platform. By booking a service, accepting a quote, or communicating with the Provider, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. The Provider may reschedule or cancel a booking with reasonable notice. Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees, are communicated at the time of booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown at the time of quote or booking are estimates unless marked as fixed. Final charges may vary based on actual scope of work. Payment is due per the terms stated on each invoice. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor; the Provider does not store full credit card numbers or bank account details.

4. Communications and Messaging

By providing your phone number to Triangle Lawn Care, you consent to receive transactional SMS, MMS, and voice communications related to your bookings, appointments, invoices, and service updates. The following applies:

  • When you initiate a text-message conversation with our business number, you are consenting to receive transactional SMS replies in response to your inquiry. Promotional or marketing messages, if any, require separate opt-in.
  • You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may re-subscribe by replying START or YES. Reply HELP for support information.
  • Message frequency varies based on your service interactions.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Your phone number and messaging consent data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. AI-Powered Assistant

Triangle Lawn Care may use an AI-powered voice and/or chat assistant to handle phone calls and website interactions. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge:

  • Phone calls and chat interactions may be handled by an AI agent rather than a human representative.
  • Calls may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery and quality assurance purposes.
  • AI-generated responses are based on the Provider's business information and may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. The Provider is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated responses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider and CasaFlow are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of these services, including but not limited to scheduling errors, AI response inaccuracies, communication delivery failures, or payment processing issues.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
